Part-time Administrator

A position has risen at our head offices for a part-time Receptionist/Administrator.  The individual is required to provide comprehensive administrative support within the General Office of the Church of God of Prophecy Trust.

We are seeking a confident, Honest and trustworthy individual who is able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, at all levels and possessing the ability to work with minimal supervision. The individual should possess a good standard of general education, including GCSE English.  Excellent telephone manner, proficient ICT knowledge, and organisational skills.

As the work will often be intense; good organisational skills are essential and the ability to manage complex filing systems.  The individual will be required to provide switchboard and reception service.  Flexible working arrangements are available, but will be dependent on tasks being completed within set deadlines.
